High Court dismisses Graham Bradley’s appeal

Jockey Club disqualification penalty was lawful

Graham Bradley’s claim that his five year penalty of disqualification was disproportionate and unlawful has been dismissed by the High Court today.

Mr Justice Richards held that the penalty imposed by Jockey Club Appeal Board was proportionate and lawful and there was no basis for the Court to hold that the Appeal Board acted unlawfully.

Mark Warby QC instructed by Charles Russell acted on behalf of the Jockey Club in this case.
