Our extensive database includes not only details about the large number of cases in which members have been involved, but case reports from all our practice areas. At present there are over 275 reports on defamation, intellectual property and other areas of practice. It will be updated every time a new judgment is handed down in these areas.
All the reports include comments on the judgment written by a member of chambers. Many include the full judgment – in pdf format – or link to where the judgment can be found elsewhere on the web.
