Mark Warby QC to address Data Protection and Privacy Conference
Data Protection and Privacy: The Shifting Landscape, 3 December 2008
5RB's Mark Warby QC will be speaking at the conference on Data Protection and Privacy organised by JUSTICE and Sweet & Maxwell to be held at Pinsent Masons on Wednesday 3 December 2008.
Mark's topic will be privacy and the media, drawing on recent cases such as Murray v Big Pictures and Mosley v News Group Newspapers Ltd.
Other topics to be covered at the conference include:
- Data sharing
- Privacy and movement in the EU
- The interface of data protection and freedom of information
