Judge grants Middleton injunction

Injunction relates to information hacked from iCloud account

Pippa Middleton was today granted an injunction to prevent information hacked from her iCloud account from being published.

Ms Middleton was told of the hack by journalists from The Sun last Friday, and immediately obtained an out of hours injunction to prevent use of the photos.

Today Whipple J continued the injunction until trial or further order.

The order was made against ‘persons unknown’, since the perpetrator has not yet been  identified.
