General Common Law

Although 5RB's specialisation is media and entertainment law, we are also able to provide advice and representation at every level of seniority in relation to all areas of general common law, such as contractual disputes, misrepresentation, professional negligence and actions against the police. Members of 5RB have the advantage of being able to assess fully any potential general common law claims and defences, while at the same time having the expertise to consider whether the facts raise any data protection, harassment, breach of confidence, or human rights points.
