Court of Appeal gives guidance on changes to Part 52
The Court of Appeal has given guidance to the changes to civil appeals in Scribes West Ltd v Relsa Anstalt [2004] EWCA Civ 835 which take effect from 30 June 2004. Some of the changes relate to all appeals and others only to the Court of Appeal.
