New edition of Arlidge, Eady & Smith on Contempt; new Supplements to Gatley and The Law of Privacy & The Media

Arlidge, Eady and Smith on Contempt is the leading authority on the law relating to civil and criminal contempt. Since the 2nd edition was published in 1999, the law has evolved considerably.

Gatley on Libel and Slander is the leading textbook in this specialist field. The 10th edition of the work was published in 2004. The new, First Supplement, states the law as at July 2005. 5RB‘s Patrick Milmo QC is a Joint Editor of the book, Richard Parkes QC and Godwin Busuttil are among the Contributing Editors, and Adam Speker is the Precedents Editor. The Second Cumulative Supplement to 5RB‘s book The Law of Privacy and the Media, to which most members of chambers have contributed together with Mr Justice Tugendhat, will be published by Oxford University Press in January 2006.
