Radio Four’s Unreliable Evidence on trial by media

Desmond Browne QC and others - discussion airs tonight at 8pm


This evening’s edition of Unreliable Evidence on Radio Four presented by Clive Anderson will examine trial by media and contempt of court.

The panellists for the discussion included 5RB’s Desmond Browne QC, the Attorney General, Gill Phillips head of Editorial Legal at Guardian Media Group and Judge Peter Rook QC of the Old Bailey. The programme will be broadcast at 8pm on Wednesday 26 October and repeated at 10.15pm on Saturday 29 October 2011. The edition can also be accessed through Radio Four Listen Again and iPlayer for a finite period.
