Following the recording of this Back to Basics talk the Supreme Court has handed down its judgment in Lloyd v Google which reversed the decision in the Court of Appeal and found that ‘loss of control’ damages are not recoverable for claimants in Data Protection Act claims. The ramifications of this are discussed further in the Lloyd v Google webinar.
