Two 5RB barristers have joined panels of Sport Resolutions, the independent dispute resolution service for sport in the United Kingdom.
Sport Resolutions offer arbitration, mediation and panel appointment services, as well as operating the National Anti-Doping Panel and supporting tribunal administration service.
Mark Warby QC and Stephen Bate were appointed with effect from 3 January 2012. They are both now members of the panel in the Arbitrators – Legal Members category. Stephen has also been appointed in the Mediation category.
