5RB publishes today an English translation of the European Court of Human Rights’ decision in Radio France v France.
This interesting and important decision was issued in March 2004, but has only been available in French until now. No official English translation exists. However, a translation was prepared for appeals in Al Rajhi v Wall Street Journal which were due to be heard earlier in October. By courtesy of Temple Translations Ltd, Eversheds and Al Rajhi we are now able to provide the translation.
