In conjunction with our move to larger premises, 5RB encourages applications for tenancy from established practitioners in our specialist fields, and related practice areas.
5RB’s best-known practice areas are defamation and privacy, in which the set has recently been rated by Legal 500 as “undoubtedly at the top of the tree“. We are also highly rated by Legal 500 in media, entertainment and sport, and advise and represent clients on a wide variety of communications law issues.
We are particularly interested to hear from practitioners with 15 or more years’ advocacy experience, and those with experience in criminal, public law and regulatory cases involving the media and/or other conflicts between Arts 8 and 10 ECHR. We are open to applications from individuals or from groups of practitioners.
