Mr Justice Warby has handed down a judgment ([2019] EWHC 1469) giving his reasons for his grant of an urgent interim injunction on Friday 7 June 2019. The case concerns a misdirected email containing material that is said to be confidential and legally privileged. A return date is set for Friday 14 June.
