Mr Justice Nicklin has today handed down judgment dismissing the claims for misuse of private information and breach of confidence brought by seven claimants against Associated Newspapers Limited. The claims, by Baroness Doreen Lawrence, Elizabeth Hurley, Sir Elton John, David Furnish, Simon Hughes, Prince Harry and Sadie Frost Law, were the subject of a 46-day trial between 19 January and 31 March 2026.
