5RB is pleased to announce that Adrienne Page QC has been named Defamation Silk of the Year at the annual Chambers & Partners Bar awards held on 25 October 2018.
Adrienne is currently representing Bruno Lachaux in his ongoing libel case against the Independent and the Evening Standard and appeared before the Court of Appeal in what is currently the leading case on the requirement of serious harm under section 1 of the Defamation Act 2013. She will shortly be appearing again for Mr Lachaux in the newspapers’ appeal to the Supreme Court, due to be heard in November 2018. For more information click here.
