5RB is pleased to announce that Jane Phillips has been named Media, Defamation, Privacy and Data Protection Junior of the Year at the annual Chambers & Partners Bar awards held on 18 November 2021.
Jane is currently representing the Duchess of Sussex in the privacy action against the Mail on Sunday and MailOnline. She appeared before the Court of Appeal earlier this month, led by Justin Rushbrooke QC.
