Conference5RB 2016 will take place on Thursday, 29 September 2016 at IET Savoy Place, Savoy Place, London WC2R 0BL.
Conference5RB will be accredited with 6.5 hours CPD, and will provide an update on a wide variety of areas of media law.
Our keynote speaker will be Sir Alan Moses, Chairman of the Independent Press Standards Organisation (IPSO) and former Lord Justice of Appeal.
In addition to the keynote speech, the programme will include the following sessions:
1.A plenary session in which the panel will discuss current defamation issues. Moderated by Desmond Browne QC, the panel will include: Justin Rushbrooke QC, William Bennett and Felicity McMahon.
2.A plenary session in which the panel will discuss current privacy, harassment and Data Protection Act issues. Moderated by Adrienne Page QC, the panel will include: David Sherborne, Christina Michalos and Greg Callus.
