The Court of Appeal (Singh, Andrews and Warby LJJ) will today hear an appeal by Dr Craig Wright against
the decision of Chamberlain J in August 2022 awarding him only nominal damages after a three-day trial.
Permission to appeal was refused by Chamberlain J in December 2022, but Warby LJ granted permission to appeal on 3 March 2023.
