Following Desmond Browne QC’s decision to take up Associate Membership of Chambers and step down as Head of Chambers with effect from 13 April 2022, Adrienne Page QC has become Joint Head of Chambers with Justin Rushbrooke QC.
Justin Rushbrooke QC said: “Whilst the prospect of Chambers without Desmond’s physical presence is a very sad one to contemplate, both we and Desmond’s clients will be cheered to know that he is carrying on in practice and maintaining a close connection with Chambers as an Associate Member. We are delighted to welcome back Adrienne as Joint Head of Chambers. As someone who served with distinction as Joint Head between 2003 and 2011 she knows the ropes as well as anyone. The future of 5RB is in safe hands.”
