The Divisional Court (Mr Justice Soole and Mrs Justice Jefford) will today hear applications in an Election Petition in respect of a local government election held on 4 May 2023 for the Nelson Town Council. The petition was issued by Julie Green against Patricia Hannah-Wood and returning officer Rose Rouse.
