Judgment has been handed down in Douglas v Hello! Mr Justice Lindsay held that Michael Douglas, Catherine Zeta-Jones and OK! have all won their case against Hello! The Judge has held that Hello! is liable in damages to Michael Douglas, Catherine Zeta-Jones and OK! under the law of confidence, as well as data protection. Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta-Jones were entitled to an injunction to prevent any further publication of the unauthorised photographs. The amount of the damages will be assessed at a further hearing.
