Today the High Court will hear argument in a Preliminary Issue Trial in a libel claim brought by the Duke of Sussex over articles published in the Mail on Sunday and on MailOnline.
Mr Justice Nicklin will hear argument in respect of the meaning of the words complained of; whether the words complained of are statements of fact or opinion; and whether they are defamatory of the claimant at common law.
