Discussing the Court of Appeal’s decision in OPO v MLA [2014] EWCA Civ 1277, [2014] All ER (D) 117 (Oct) 5RB‘s Julian Santos explains that the severity of the potential consequences of publication for the son, given his particular vulnerability, were clearly an extremely significant factor in the court’s reasoning.
