The Court of Appeal (Warby LJ) has dismissed a further application for permission to appeal by actor and director Noel Clarke, in his ongoing litigation against the publisher of the Guardian.
Mr Clarke had sought permission to appeal the order dismissing his application to strike out GNM’s defence (see [2025] EWHC 222 (KB)). He also sought a stay of the proceedings below which would have resulted in adjournment of the trial, due to begin next week.
