5RB’s Stephen Bate has become the first practising barrister to join CEDR’s Solve Direct mediator panel, a service which allows mediation users to enter into direct deals with selected mediators, with back-up services and quality assurance provided by CEDR.
Stephen has a wider ADR practice. He is a Chartered Arbitrator, FCIArb, sits on the Licensing Committee of the British Horseracing Authority and was recently appointed by Nominet, the Internet registry for .uk domain names, as one of its experts deciding disputes over registrations.
