A 4-day hearing starts at the High Court today at which the former King of Spain, Juan Carlos de Borbon y Borbon, is seeking to strike out a claim for harassment brought against him by Corinna zu Sayn-Wittgenstein-Sayn.
In December 2022 the Court of Appeal ruled that the court had no jurisdiction to try certain of the allegations because the defendant was entitled to state immunity.
