Julian Santos and Hope Williams are in Gibraltar for a five-week public Inquiry into the Retirement of the Former Commissioner of Police. They are acting as Counsel to the Inquiry, advising retired High Court Judge Sir Peter Openshaw.
The Inquiry is exploring ten incidents between 2010 and 2020, including a police investigation into the alleged sabotage of Gibraltar’s national security centralised intelligence system, and a fatal collision at sea in 2020.
