5RB is delighted to announce that the Senior President of Tribunals has appointed Jonathan Scherbel-Ball as a Fee-Paid Judge of the First-Tier Tribunal.
Jonathan has been assigned to the General Regulatory Chamber, which hears appeals from various government regulatory bodies, including in the field of information rights. The appointment is part-time, and Jonathan will continue his full-time practice at 5RB alongside his new appointment.
