In response to a number of requests about availability of counsel involved in the Leveson Inquiry, we can confirm that whilst David Sherborne remains as counsel for the Core Participant Victims, and Christina Michalos as junior counsel for The Metropolitan Police, they will no longer be attending the Inquiry on a daily basis during Module 3 (press and politicians).
Both continue to attend when required, as do Desmond Browne QC (counsel for Trinity Mirror) and Adam Speker (junior counsel for Telegraph Media Group).
