A statement in open court has been read in a misuse of private information and data protection claim brought by Kristen Bell on behalf of her daughter Delta Bell Shepard.
Mail Online, part of Associated Newspapers Limited, published a photograph of Delta Bell Shepard last year when she and her parents were on a family walk.
Mail Online accepted that this invaded her privacy, publicly apologised, and agreed to pay her legal costs. Mail Online also undertook to limit the publication of photos of the Claimant or her siblings.
