A hearing in Rebekah Vardy v Coleen Rooney begins today before Mrs Justice Steyn at the Royal Courts of Justice.
Mrs Rooney applies to amend her Defence, to join Caroline Watt (Mrs Vardy’s agent) to the proceedings and for specific disclosure. Mrs Vardy also applies for disclosure.
The high profile libel claim concerns a post on social media, which alleged that Mrs Vardy had secretly informed The Sun newspaper of Mrs Rooney’s private posts and stories from Instagram.
